2. Dear Friends,
We are glad to invite you for Creativity HUB
international youth exchange program, organized by
ReCreativity Social Enterprise, financed by the
Erasmus+ program.
In this guide you will find all you need to know about the
project - information about the program, accomodation,
travel, reimbursement and other practical issues.

3. About the program
The topic of the project is based on young people's
and our environment's local and global needs. The
main organizers are young experienced youth
workers and entrepreneurs. We consider the theme
of creative recycling as a very important issue.
During the program participants develop their
creativity and entrepreneurship skills. They can
express their individual talent and cooperate with
other youngsters in a multicultural environment at the
same time.

4. ReCreativity
ReCreativity is a social enterprise
that operates a social studio in
Budapest. We provide non formal
programs and upcycled brands
always using the tool of creative
recycling, in order that people build
creative solutions in their everyday
life and in the mean time acquire
environmental awareness.

5. Our activities include international & national youth programs and
creative workshops. The method of learning by experience is
combined with a creative process, most of the time in an
international environment.
The program of the exchange is designed and
conducted by a multicultural team of experienced
trainers and assistants.
The Team
Barbara Földi co-founder of ReCreativity, is going to lead the
program, , who has already been implementing and realizing
several intenational projects in the topic of creative recycling.

6. The Aims of the Project
Our participants come from different cultural
and social backgrounds. They will learn
methods and techniques of recycling and
develop their skills and change their mind set
and attitude towards the environment. There
will be an integrated group of young people,
living together for 10 days and creating
something together.
They are going to practice inclusion between each other and extend this experience
in the local surroundings as we plan to give workshops for local schools where kids
are coming from difficult backgrounds. It will give development not only in their
skills but also personally. Participants with special needs are going to experience
acceptance and support and they will have the chance to give something back to
the community as by the end of the program they will become workshop leaders.

7. How? The main method we use is creative recycling which
is a method based on creativity, cooperation and
crafting. We use creativity and upcycling as a tool to
develop different skills.

You have to arrive to Budapest at 19:00 the lates on 4th July -
a common bus will take you to the accomodation!

Let us know if you are planning to come 1-2 days earlier or leave later, we can help
you to find cheap accomodation in Budapest.
We expect you to participate in the whole program - arriving later or leave earlier is
not allowed

9. For whom
Participants with the age of 18-
30 years old plus group leaders
from 7 countries: Italy, Greece,
Ireland, Spain, Czech Republic,
Romania and Hungary.
We also invite young people with
light disabilities who will have the
support of mentors.

11. What to bring
enough clothes for 10 days -

There is no ATM in Alsótold, so make sure that you change enough money
in advance.

12. Costsaccomodation
ReCreativity covers the following costs:
cost of the program
food
travel costs (accordint to the conditions of
reimbursement, described below.
Participants cover the following:
insurance
Participant's contribution:
50€/person to be paid in cash in
HUF or euro on arrival.

13. Application
After the application is closed, participants will be
selected by the team.
Do NOT buy your ticket, until you get your
confirmation letter!
The conditions of reimbursement is described below.
Please read it carefully and if you have any questions,
contact us in advance!
If you have any physical or mental limitations or if you
take any medication, please indicate in the application
form.
If you are vegetarian or have a special diet, let us
know - note in your application what you can
not/don't want to eat and what you can, so we can
arrange suitable food for you.

14. Conditions of Reimbursement:
The Reimbursement of the travel costs will be paid in HUF after the
project and it will be done by bank transfer.
You can only get your reimbursement if you participate in the whole
program.
