Niamh Foley discusses a simple file management system where a root folder contains dated subfolders for each day's work. Files and folders for each day are stored within their corresponding dated subfolder. This allows all relevant data to stay organized in one place and makes it easy to review work done on a daily or weekly basis.  Its simple !!!
1. Create a folder
2. Within that folder create another one with the date
on it e.g. 01012009
3. Do all work relevant work for this day in here
4. On next day go to root folder- copy last used and
rename with today's date

4. It Looks like this

02012009
Day 1
01012009
Root Folder : HTML
Day 3
03012009
And So on!!
