be minimized or maximized. In this paper, we have used the GT GA to solve the job shop
scheduling to minimize the makespan along with the special type of crossover known as multi step
crossover fusion (MSXF). To see wheather we get good results by modifyinng the classical
approach using GA, we have compared the result with the standard benchmark instances available.
Using this combinations of the techniques, we have got results showing deviations less than 3%.

In Chapter 7, Pinker says that women tend to think they are imposters at all achievement levels
whereas men tend to bluff. She provides examples of many women who have high achievements
and occupations that still feel like it is all due to luck rather than their hard work and talent. The
belief that their successes are due to external factors such as good luck and that their failures are
due to internal factors such as personal flaws is what Pinker defines as the imposter syndrome.
Imposters tend to ignore all of the positive events and achievements that occur this shows that no
amount of success will ever show them that they are worthy. Research showed that women have a
tendencyto need to know that they are 100% correct before they answer a question whereas men
tend to only need to be about 50% sure and will bluff the rest. Women tend to fear criticism and
will respond as if they are sad and ashamed. Men tend to take criticism through anger and usually
externalize negative events. Pinker gives the example of a maleand femalewho take a test and do
not do well, the male will blame it on external factors like the test being hard while the female
will blame it on internal factors like they did not study correctly. Women who have a doubt

Per Steven Ertelt, adoption is an option that is not discussed nearly enough in the public debate
about choice. With adoption, everybody wins. The unaborted, adopted child gets the chance to
live, and a chance to live in a place with loving, caring people. The adoptive parents in return
benefit from having a child of their own. Studies even show that children who were born out of
wedlock but are raised by adoptive parents flourish in many categories. The adoptive children tend
to attain higher levels of education, higher self esteem, and even enjoy better health. Adoption is
also beneficial for the birth mother because she benefits from knowing she made the right
decision to give life. Despite adoptions advantages, it has fallen on hard times. Research shows
there has been a decrease in adoptions since the legalization of abortions in 1973. Before
abortions were legalized, 8.7 percent of children born out of wedlock were placed up for adoption,
and now statistics show that number to be around one percent. One matter of concern for the pro
life movement is that women facing crisis pregnancies often have false ideas about adoption.
Pregnant women think of adoption as the abandonment of their child, and see abortion as a much
