This document contains data and charts summarizing housing market trends in the Houston area from February 2014 to February 2016. It shows that during this period: - The average sales price per square foot for single-family homes sold fluctuated between around $3,300 to $3,700 but ended 2% higher overall. - The number of homes listed and sold each month varied but overall listings fell 78% while homes sold declined 36%. - The months supply of inventory based on homes under contract increased from 5.4 months to 8.1 months, indicating looser market conditions.
