This document discusses the objectives and types of a feasibility study. A feasibility study determines if a proposed project is technically, economically, and operationally feasible. It identifies the problem with the current system and goals of the proposed system. There are three main types of feasibility studied - technical feasibility analyzes hardware and software requirements, economic feasibility performs a cost-benefit analysis, and operational feasibility measures how well the new system addresses identified problems and requirements.

2. INTRODUCTION:-
The main objective of feasibility study is to test the technical,
economic, and social feasibility of developing a system. This is
done by investigating the existing system in the area under
investigation and generating ideas about a new system.

3. What is Feasibility Study?
Feasibility study is the initial design stage of any project, which
brings together the elements of knowledge that indicate if a
project is possible or not.

• To identify the responsible user.
• To identify the problem in the current system.
• To acquire a sense of scope of the system.
• To determine goal of the proposed system.

6. Technical Feasibility:-
Technical feasibility analysis determines whether the proposed system
can be developed and implemented using existing technologies or
whether new technologies are required. Hardware, software and
network requirements for the new system are also determined in this
phone.

7. Economic Feasibility:-
Economic feasibility analysis evaluates the financial aspects of
the projects by performing a cost benefit analysis and assessing
both the tangible and the intangible benefits of the system.

8. Operational Feasibility:-
Operational feasibility is the measure of how well a proposed system
solves the problems, and takes advantage of the opportunities
identified during scope definition and how it satisfies the requirements
identified in the requirements analysis phase of system development.
