 Performstechnical andapplicationsupportincludinghardware,softwareandchemistry
troubleshootingviatelephone,fax andcomputer(e-mail andInternet),andinperson.
 Developsandmaintainsstrongcustomerrelationshipsbyactingasa liaisonbetweenthe
customerand variousdepartmentsatHologic.Reportsfieldissues,gathersinformationfor
complaintrecordsandinternal troubleshooting,definesanddevelopscomprehensive
solutionsandprovidesnecessaryfollowuptoensure customersatisfactionandtechnical
issuesare resolved.
 Contactscustomersviaemail,telephoneorinperson.Providesfollow uptocustomercalls
as requiredandmaintainsclearandcomplete recordsof all customerinteractions.
 Documentsactivitieswithinthe Oracle systemandclassifiescallsaccordingtoSOPs.
 Escalatesissuestomanagementasneeded.Workscloselywithsalesteaminsalesprocessto
provide technical supportandperformpre-implementationmeetingsforall customertrainings
and on-site Site Assessmentsasneeded.
 Buildsproductive internal andexternal workingrelationships.
 Maintainsproficiencyinall Hologicmolecularproductsincludingautomation.Maintainsclinical
knowledge of HologicDiagnosticDivisionproducts.
 RepresentsHologicatconferences,trade shows,workshopsandseminarslocally,regionallyor
nationally,asnecessary.
 AssistswithcustomertrainingprogramsatHologicfacilities,newhire trainingandother
territorysupportas needed.
 Providesleadershipandrepresentsthe voice of the customer(VOC) incross functionalteamsin
termsof developmentpriorities,schedulesandcustomerdeliverables.
 -Contributestoapplicationnotes,technical articles,technical andmarkettrainingmaterials.
 -MaintainsFASadministrative standards,isfiscallyresponsible,submitsexpense reportswithin
guidelines,andprovidesandmaintainsclearandcomplete recordstocomplywithall elements
of the QualitySystemrelevanttothe position..
 -Providesbackuptodepartmentalcoworkers.
