1. Recommission Cathodic Protection System and install new system at Sabine.
2. Replace High Mast Lights with LED.
3. Replace bad switch on main incoming 13,200VAC switch.
4. Replace fiberglass HW and CW piping at Hondo.
5. Remove pneumatic 3-way HW valves and install manual by-pass.
6. A/C for sound booth.
7. A/C for T-250.
8. Dehumidification system for STEM lab.
9. VAV box replacement and air handling unit upgrade.
10.Install sensors and EMS control for all heat exchangers.
11.Air handler unit Refurbish/Replacement.
COMPLETED SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS FROM LAST YEAR
1. Bonham Hall – Replacement of seventy-one (71) HVAC pneumatic control
Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes with new Direct Digital Control (DDC) system
boxes.
2. Campus Wide – Consulting Engineering Firm to evaluate and classify all
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) equipment that requires replacement
or refurbishing due to end of life cycle.
