Facebook was founded in 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg and other Harvard students. It originally started as a social networking site for Harvard students but later expanded to other universities and then publicly in 2006. Facesmash attracted 450visitor and 22000 photo views in it’s first four
hour online.
The site was instantly taken to several campus group list-servers, but was

had begun its freefall by this time, closing at 34.03 on May 21 and 31.00 on May
