2. Project scope and background
2.1 Project objectives and scope
Based on the long cooperation with Magneti Marelli China for maintenance improvement
project since 2012, ICT department of Malaysian Automotive Lighting in Penang (ALMY)
contacted Siveco in 2020 for Coswin 8i and bluebee® deployment at the plant based on
the Core Model defined here.
• ALMY Penang will follow the same CMMS core model defined in China
• ALMY Penang will access to the IT infrastructure located in China, shared with other
Chinese sites (1 database with different entities). We assume that ALMY Penang will have
an individual entity in the shared environment in order to avoid conflicts with other
entities.
• ALMY Penang will use Qlik as the report tool, quoted in the commercial proposal
PR2020-188/C.
• Siveco’s pricing is based on the standard pricing model to all the Marelli sites.

5. Work Management
5.1 Generalities
A work order is a documented equipment-based maintenance work and can contain multiple sources.
Contain:
• Manual work order creation
• The EWO single is the fault work requests form (the job request created from COSWIN and
bluebee online)
• Preventive maintenance plans
Generalities of maintenance work management
Feedback on the work done. For example, for corrective work orders, 5W+1H and root cause analysis are
required. Work order feedback also includes work, spare parts consumption, time spent, defect analysis and
detailed work behavior. Feedback is an important part of the system. The more precise the feedback, the
more effective the maintenance strategy.

5.3 Bluebee online
Marelli factories can use the standard bluebee ® WeChat scan for repairs, and any factory personnel can
complete the creation of EWO (work application forms) by scanning the QR code on the device through WeChat.
WeChat repair does not need to log in to the system, just need to open WeChat to scan the device QR code,
WeChat side of the repair in the case of a network will also be directly transmitted to COSWIN, COSWIN cockpit
can also display all the EWO orders from the WeChat end to repair (such repair forms do not have a repair
applicant). WeChat reporting uses Siveco's current standard repair page.

MG Corrective maintenance
Maintenance which is carried out without delay after a fault has
been detected to avoid unacceptable consequences.
MA Autonomous maintenance
Autonomous maintenance is the result of the implementation
of TPM approach, where basic maintenance tasks (such as:
simple inspections, daily machine cleaning, etc…) are
progressively assigned to the operators.
In Magneti Marelli, Autonomous Maintenance (AM) is one of
the pillar of the WCM.
MP Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance carried out in accordance with an
established time schedule or established number of units of
use.
Example: lubrication, inspection, part replacements
MM Improvements
Combination of all technical, administrative and managerial
actions, intended to ameliorate the dependability of an item,
without changing its required function.

6.2 Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance is a regular maintenance based on a time cycle. Examples: lubrication, inspection,
forced replacement of spare parts.
6.2.1 Job guidelines
Work definition
Work instructions are used to integrate one or more pieces of equipment and the work specifications they
need to be maintained. The use of work instruction is used to define standard work content and measures
for preventive or corrective work, and there are two main types of work guidance:
➢ Preventive work is suitable for equipment in an area (e.g. repair, replacement, preventive replacement).
In this document, it is referred to as "preventive work." This type of work can be directly associated with
the device and has standard descriptions and operational measures. Specific work will be entered into
the work content label, the required spare parts can also be planned in advance in the work guide (you
can refer to the Machine Ledger report), and the required human resources can also be planned in the
work guide.
➢ Work instructions are the responsibility of the equipment managers in each workshop.
➢ Work measures can also be defined in the work instructions and are applicable to the same series of
equipment (e.g. lubrication inspection of machines, inspection of motor cleaning, etc.). In order to
facilitate the design and analysis of Machine Ledge reports, the preventive work guidance template
needs to be defined at the device level, the same frequency and the same person performing the work
maintenance tasks are defined in the same work guidance template, the work guidance measures define
different equipment components, feedback is that the results of component maintenance can be
feedback.

The use of work instruction is used to define standard work content and measures for preventive or corrective work, and there are two main types of work guidance: ➢ Preventive work is suitable for equipment in an area (e.g. repair, replacement, preventive replacement). In this document, it is referred to as "preventive work." This type of work can be directly associated with the device and has standard descriptions and operational measures. Specific work will be entered into the work content label, the required spare parts can also be planned in advance in the work guide (you can refer to the Machine Ledger report), and the required human resources can also be planned in the work guide. ➢ Work instructions are the responsibility of the equipment managers in each workshop. ➢ Work measures can also be defined in the work instructions and are applicable to the same series of equipment (e.g. lubrication inspection of machines, inspection of motor cleaning, etc.). In order to facilitate the design and analysis of Machine Ledge reports, the preventive work guidance template needs to be defined at the device level, the same frequency and the same person performing the work maintenance tasks are defined in the same work guidance template, the work guidance measures define different equipment components, feedback is that the results of component maintenance can be feedback. name use filed Is it updatabl e?
