2. Patient profile:
หญิงไทย อายุ 60 ปี
Chief complaint:
มีดตกใส่แขนขวา 8 ชั่วโมงก่อนมาโรงพยาบาล

3. Primary survey
A: can talk, no c-spine tenderness
B: no dyspnea, RR 20
C: no active external bleeding, full pulse
D: E4V5M6
E: laceration wound 2 cm at right forearm, deep
to tendon, not to bone, no deformity, not
swelling

6. Secondary survey
A: no drug/food allergy
M: no medication
P: no underlying disease
L: last meal 7 hr PTA

เลือดออก เจ็บแผล ไม่สามารถกระดกข้อมือได้ กระดกนิ้วไม่ขึ้น ไม่ชา
ปลายนิ้ว ปลายนิ้วไม่ซีด

7. PH: ไม่มีโรคประจาตัว
ไม่แพ้ยา/แพ้อาหาร
ไม่ดื่มสุรา ไม่สูบบุหรี่
ไม่มีประวัติมะเร็งในครอบครัว
ไม่มีประวัติผ่าตัด หรืออุบัติเหตุมาก่อน

8. Physical examination
• Vital sign:
– BT 36.3 c PR 88 bpm full
BP 134/80 mmHg RR 20 /min
Heart: normal S1 S2 no murmur
Lung: clear , no adventitious sound
Abdomen: soft, not tender

13. Extrinsic extensor (3 groups)
Radial nerve supply
1. ECRL and brachioradialis

14. 2. Superficial extensor

15. 3. Deep extensor
