Solution In Iodine clock reaction, all the colourless reactants react to form iodine which is identified by starch indicatin by the formation of a blue-black colour after a some period of time. The reactant are hydrogen peroxide which is identified using dilute sulphuric acid, small quantities of starch and sodium thiosulphate. Hydrogen peroxide reacts with potassium iodide to form iodine. H 2 O 2(aq) + 2I - (aq) + 2H + (aq) ------------> 2H 2 O (l) + I 2(aq) The iodine formed reacts with sodium thiosulphate to form iodide ion I 2 (aq) + Na 2 S 2 O 3(aq) ---------> 2NaI (aq) + S 4 O 6 2- (aq) When all the sodium thioulphate is consumed then the left over iodine reacts with iodide to form triodide ion which reacts with starch indicator to form a blue-black colour complex. I 2 + I - ----> I 3 - + starch -------> blue-black colour The only source of thiosulphate ions is sodium thiosulphate so, number of moles of thiosulphate = number of moles of sodium thiosulphate Vol of Na 2 S 2 O 3 in lts = 0.001 lt Molarity of Na 2 S 2 O 3 = 0.01 M No. of moles of sodium thiosulphate = Molarity (mol/lt) of Na 2 S 2 O 3 X Vol of Na 2 S 2 O 3 in lts = = 0.01 M x 0.001 lts = 10 -5 moles of Na 2 S 2 O 3 = 10 -5 moles of S 2 O 3 2- . Crippling regulation of French industry had begun in the late fifteenth century, when the king issued scores of guild charters, conferring the power to control and to set standards of quality in the different occupations upon urban guilds and their officials. The Crown conferred cartellizing privileges on the guilds while levying taxes upon them in exchange. A major reason why Lyons had flourished during the sixteenth century was that it was granted a special exemption from guild rule and guild restrictions.
By the end of the sixteenth century and the religious wars, the old regulations were still in place, ready to be enforced. The new absolute monarchy was ready to enforce them and carry them further. Thus, in 1581, King Henry III ordered all the artisans of France to join and group themselves into guilds, whose orders were to be enforced. All except Parisian and Lyonnaise craftsmen were forced to confine their activity to their current towns; in that way, mobility in French industry was brought to an end. In 1597, Henry IV re-enacted and strengthened these laws, and proceeded to enforce them thoroughly.

Phosphur are electroluminescent and are not necessarily composed of the phosphor element. Phosphur materials contain a carrier material such as: oxides, oxynitrides, nitrides, sulfur, among others, which are doped with small amounts of rare earths or transition metal ions.

Plasma screens are devices formed by glass panels divided into cells and containing a mixture of noble gases that when excited by electricity, become plasma (hence the name) and phosphur materials begin to emit light. Plasma screens are also formed by pixels, where each pixel has three separate cells in which there is different colored phosphur material: red, blue and green, where they are mixed to create the final color of the pixel.

1. The strongest intermolecular force is hydrogen bonding. Thus the compounds that can form H- bonds each other have the strongest intermolecular forces.
2. When intermolecular forces increases the molecules fells greater attraction among themselves. This means we have to supply more energy to separate them. This result in higher in the physical property. Thus if stronger intermolecular forces are existing we can expect that boiling point , melting point for that sample will increase. Again in case of freezing we have to restrict the movements of the molecules.Thus when stronger forces are there there are already some restriction in the movements and so freezing point is higher. In other words we can say that molecules where there is lower intermolecular forces we have to lower the temperature more to freeze it.
3. When polarity of the molecules increases this gives greater intermolecular forces and thus higher physical properties. This is because each molecular dipole allign themselves with others in such. a way that
(+)vely charged part attract the (-)vely charged part and this result long range intermolecular forces. This gives higher intermolecular forces.
4. Evaporation means escape of molecules from the liquis phase. When there is strong intermolecular force exists this means the molecules attract each other more. Thus escape from liquid phase is less. But when intermolecular force is weaker then molecules can escape easily. This means lower the intermolecular force higher the evaporation rate.
Again Viscosity is the resistance of a liquid to flow. When attraction is more among the molecules they resist the flow of other molecules. This implies higher viscosity. For example ethanol , CH3CH2OH, has the viscosity 1.07 mPa.s and ethylene glycol, HOCH2CH2OH , has 16.2 mPa.s. We can see that in case of ethanol there is only one OH group. But in case of ethylene glycol there is 2 OH group that can form strong H bonding. This results higher attraction among ethylene glycol moecules and so higher viscosity.

Metallic bond is the reaction between molecules within metals called alkali reactive force. It was first discovered by K. Manishekar. It is the sharing of a sea of delocalised electrons amongst a lattice of positive ions, where the electrons act as a \"glue\" giving the substance a definite structure.
The electrons and the positive ions in the metal have a strong attractive force between them. Therefore metals often have high melting or boiling points. The principle is similar to that of ionic bonds.
The metallic bond accounts for many physical characteristics of metals, such as strength, malleability, ductility, luster, conduction of heat and electricity.
Because the electrons move independently of the positive ions in a sea of negative charge, the metal gains some electrical conductivity. It allows the energy to pass quickly through the electrons generating a current. Heat conduction works on the same principle - the free electrons can transfer the energy at a faster rate than other substances such as those which are covalently bonded, as these have their electrons fixed into position. There also are few non-metals which conduct electricity: graphite (because, like metals, they have free electrons), and molten and aqueous ionic compounds which have free moving ions

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

- 1. Experiment# Kinetics of an Iodine Clock Reaction 1: A color change will occur in Kinetics of an Iodine Clock Reaction that signifies the end of a trial. What chemical change occurs that causes the color change? 2: The same amount of thiosulfate ion is added to each trail to delay the onset of the color change. Calculate the initial molarity of S2O3 2- in each trail given that each trail has 1.00mL of 0.010M Na2S2O3 and the total volume of 7.00mL. Solution In Iodine clock reaction, all the colourless reactants react to form iodine which is identified by starch indicatin by the formation of a blue-black colour after a some period of time. The reactant are hydrogen peroxide which is identified using dilute sulphuric acid, small quantities of starch and sodium thiosulphate. Hydrogen peroxide reacts with potassium iodide to form iodine. H 2 O 2(aq) + 2I - (aq) + 2H + (aq) ------------> 2H 2 O (l) + I 2(aq) The iodine formed reacts with sodium thiosulphate to form iodide ion I 2 (aq) + Na 2 S 2 O 3(aq) ---------> 2NaI (aq) + S 4 O 6 2- (aq) When all the sodium thioulphate is consumed then the left over iodine reacts with iodide to form triodide ion which reacts with starch indicator to form a blue-black colour complex. I 2 + I - ----> I 3 - + starch -------> blue-black colour The only source of thiosulphate ions is sodium thiosulphate so, number of moles of thiosulphate = number of moles of sodium thiosulphate Vol of Na 2 S 2 O 3 in lts = 0.001 lt Molarity of Na 2 S 2 O 3 = 0.01 M
- 2. No. of moles of sodium thiosulphate = Molarity (mol/lt) of Na 2 S 2 O 3 X Vol of Na 2 S 2 O 3 in lts = = 0.01 M x 0.001 lts = 10 -5 moles of Na 2 S 2 O 3 = 10 -5 moles of S 2 O 3 2- . Total volume in lts = 0.007 lts Molarity of thiosulphate initially = No. of moles of S 2 O 3 2- ./ total Vol in lts = 10 -5 moles of S 2 O 3 2- ./ 0.007 lts = 1.428 x 10 -3 moles/lt or M of S 2 O 3 2- . Initial molarity of S 2 O 3 2- .= 1.43 x 10 -3 M
