This is to inform that ETAP has implemented of SCADALoad SheddingDMS project for our
distribution network in since 2005 up to date. ETAP’s scope of work conceives of following
applications:
1. Interconnection to existing and new meter’s supplied during the project
2. Interconnection to PLC and DCS (Distributed Control System) system
3. Control Center IT Data Center Support
4. Power Network model development and system studies
5. SCADA, Load Shedding and DMS
6. Connection into PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for enabling/disabling the ILS from
PLC.
This system covers Generation, Transmission, and Distribution 150kV, 33kV, and 11KV systems.
In addition, nothing in this letter could be construed, considered or intended to benefit
PTAMNT, its Board of Directors, Commissioners, Managers or employees. This letter is solely
intended to inform the fact as mentioned above and ETAP would indemnify PTAMNT and all its
affiliates from any third party claim or accusation which possibly brought from any statement in

This is to certify that ETAP based ADMS & VVO for power distribution system and advanced distribution
management system was implemented in TNB Malaysia. The whole system was realized in the digital twin platform
of ETAP. ETAP was contractor to Smartgrid Sdn Bhd, (current name Inovaantage Sdn Bhd).

 STAGE 2 Archiving and V&V of Optimization in Off-line Mode

Dicha prueba se realizó el 11 de noviembre a las 8:35 am, aproximadamente con18MWdegeneración, 8MWde cargaen la Planta y exportando 10MW.Comose esperaba al momento de abrirel interruptor 11-4-84 (Güajoyo), el sistema ILSdesconectó únicamente el generador 5 y 1t4

Dichaprueba se efectuó satisfactoriamente a las10:18am de la misma fecha, conun solo generador a 6 MW,y concargaen lasplantas de 17MWincluyendo Maya, importando 11 MW.Comose esperaba, al momento de abrirel interruptor 11-4-84(Güajoyo), el sistemaILS disparólas cargas programadas quedando el Generador 1enlínea y lacarga delHorno 5. En resumenlas pruebasfueron realizadas con éxito,obteniéndose los resultados esperados. 2. EJECUCION DELPROYECTO Laordende inicio delproyecto se dioel 11deAbrilde 2011. A solicitud de EL CONTRATISTA, EL PROPIETARIO no hizoentrega del anticipo mencionado en la Cláusula Quintadel contrato; por esa razónse hizo una Adendaal contrato, lacualfuefirmada el 13deJunio de2011. Con fecha29 de noviembre de 2011,EL CONTRATISTA presentó a EL PROPIETARIO, la Garantía de BuenaObraNo.227,505,porun montode $ 37,904.78convigencia del1511112011 al 1411112012. En la fase inicialdel proyectoa solicitudde EL PROPIETARIO, EL CONTRATISTA efectuólassiguientes mejoras al Sistema ILS: a) lnstalación de "PIay back", para llevarun historial del consumoen las cargasy generadores. El valorde estalicencia es de aproximadamente s20.000.00. b) Programa de "SQL Server" paraarchiv'ar la basede datosdel historial generado porel "Play back". Estetieneuncostoaproximado de$3,000.00.
