   Demonstration of the products using system clients.
   Detailed discussion on the features of the system.
   Reporting hierarchy upon facing issues.
   Taking GTAC help on critical incidents.

 Maintained a list of the activities done by team members
  in each week.
 Reported to product manager bi-weekly about the
  performance of the team.
 Maintained an internal and external issues track lists
  showing all the pending and closed issues and updated it
  on daily basis.
 Manage to help team mates on the issues they face and
  ensure their work efficiency as required by the company.

 Visit the customer sites regularly and help out team mates.
 Hold meetings with customer about the performance of
  the system and ensure their satisfaction.
