 Gave lecture on the architecture of VAS products.
 Detailed description about the system maintenance.
 Demonstration of the products using system clients.
 Detailed discussion on the features of the system.
 Reporting hierarchy upon facing issues.
 Taking GTAC help on critical incidents.

3. Achieving Company Goals
 Maintained a list of the activities done by team members
in each week.
 Reported to product manager bi-weekly about the
performance of the team.
 Maintained an internal and external issues track lists
showing all the pending and closed issues and updated it
on daily basis.
 Manage to help team mates on the issues they face and
ensure their work efficiency as required by the company.

 Visit the customer sites regularly and help out team mates.
 Hold meetings with customer about the performance of
the system and ensure their satisfaction.
 Discuss customer requirements regarding new service
features.
 Prompt to customer requests immediately.

so that knowledge sharing can benefit all.
 Helped out team members in setting goals for PBC
(Personal Business Commitment).
 Held meeting with all the team members weekly for
helping them determine their next week plans.
 Ensure the presence of all the team in online technical
exams.
