१) डॉक्टरांचा दरोगतज्ञांचा स ला
२) रक्तशकर् रा जर <१०० mg/dl िकं वा > ३०० mg/dl असेल िकं वा Ketosis
असेल तर यायाम क नये.
३) यायामापूवीर् alcohol िकं वा beta blockers घेतलेली नसावीत.
४) यायामापूवीर्, यायामा दर यान व यायामानंतर पाणी िपणे.
५) यायाम करतांना योग्य ती पादत्राणे वापरणे.
६) रेिटनोपॅथीसाठी डोळयांची तपासणी
७) सुमारे १५ ग्रॅम ग्लुकोज सदैव सोबत बाळगणे.
८) ’डायबेिटस आयडिटिफके श’ टॅग सोबत बाळगणे.
