This document discusses different options for supporting an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation after launch. It presents the benefits and challenges of using full-time employees (FTEs), contractors, managed hosting, and ROM (a third-party vendor) for AEM support. The ROM option is highlighted as providing deep AEM expertise, 24/7 support with service level agreements, application monitoring, and other services to ensure high uptime. The last sections provide an overview of ROM's delivery architecture and implementation process.
