The thermal profile frame of Everhaus wall elements
does not require maintenance. The interior and exterior
cladding panels of the carcass are usually under facade
cladding and interior finishing materials; therefore, they
do not need to be maintained either. To ensure the
correct functioning of the structure, it must be checked
that the design work and installation have been carried
out correctly and that the structure can be dried out.
