Through filming tasks, I have also learned how to operate cameras, including using flash and setting themes to match the time of day. Additionally, by maintaining a WordPress blog this year, I have become familiar with uploading different media types such as pictures, slideshows, and videos.

Looking back at your preliminary task, what
From filming the preliminary video to creating the full horror opening, I have learned a lot about camera work and video editing. For the preliminary video, I had little experience with camera angles, but working with the group on the full opening helped me improve by learning from others' skills. I now understand the importance of camera angles and pacing in editing to keep audiences engaged. While I still have more to learn about advanced editing techniques, I have become more proficient at audio editing and inserting sounds to enhance the video overall.

- 2. IMovie Before I started filming my preliminary task I didn’t know to use IMovie and now after finishing my film, I feel like I am more familiar with the type of editing techniques. I have also recently learned how to edit sound off a clip and the speed of the clip. I also learnt how to add certain sounds to a clip, and how to dub my voice over a clip.
- 3. Camera’s I had never used a camera before I started filming so this was new to me, but I feel that i know how to work them now. I found out how to get themes also on a camera if I ever needed to have it done at a different time of day. I learnt how to turn flash on also when I am taking a picture for my film.
- 4. Blogs At the start of my AS year I had to set up a blog, so when we started I was new to blogs. I didn't know what one was. Now that I've been using WordPress I have become used to uploading pictures, slideshows, video’s and text onto my blog.
