The document discusses the various technologies used at different stages of constructing a media product. 1. What have you learnt from the
technologies from the process of
constructing this product?

2. In the research stage of our product, we
used Google to get information about the
genre and its conventions, also to find and
research similar films.
We also used blogger to display the
information we had found during this
research stage.

3. In this stage we used Celtx to write the
script for our media product. This was a
new technology for us as we had never
used it until we started to script our film.
We also used blogger in the planning
stage to display things such as shot lists,
locations and character profiles.

4. In the filming stage, we used a Panasonic
HD camcorder on a tripod to record our
film.
Also, we used a zoom recorder to record
the sound of a phone call in our film.

5. To edit our film, we used Final cut express
on a mac. All of our film was edited using
this program.
To get music for our film we used a site
called ‘Freesfx’ to get the classical piano
sounds which were used throughout the
film.

6. For the evaluation, I have used Microsoft
Word and PowerPoint.
