We were to three different groups each group have different job roles to do I was in the art group and in our group we planned out what we should have in festival that is visual art. We had list of ideas we planned out for the festival.6.2Team Workers2 reach agreements, managing discussions to achieveResultsArt group: we decided to do art exhibition where we planned get other peoples art work and display on the art exhibition. We agreed to make leaflets to let students aware to submit their art work so we could display and people could see it on the day of festival.6.3 Creative Thinkers3 connect their own and others’ ideas and experiencesin inventive waysWe had many ideas for the visual arts things for festival but we all combined it to and go for art exhibition. 6.3Creative Thinkers5 try out alternatives or new solutions and followideas throughWhen we promoted students to submit their art works we received 3-4 art work which was not enough for an exhibition so we went and ask art teachers if they could submit passed students art work that was left behind. So we could use those as well in the art exhibition. As we didn’t have that much time for others students to give their art work.6.3Creative Thinkers6 adapt ideas as circumstances changeWe still had very less art works so we all agreed to display our clay pots and our creative writing in the art exhibition that was done by us when we were doing artefact.6.3Team Workers2 reach agreements, managing discussions to achieve resultsIn our art groups we decided to give each person some thing to do before festival such as me and Humaire will collect the art work for art exhibition, and Shapla and Moshumi to create the leaflet/posters.   6.3Team Workers5 take responsibility, showing confidence inthemselves and their contributionWe all had responsibility’s to make however some off them did not do that so I and Humaire had to create the leaflet/posters instead and collect the art. 6.4Team Workers6 provide constructive support and feedback to othersOn the day of festival I went and helped out on other rooms such as the film room and also helped out on the bouncy castle when members are taking break. i was also in the art exhibition room.  Humaire and I also helped out making tea/coffee for everyone giving it out to everyone in the morning when everyone was setting out for festival.6.4Self Managers4 anticipate, take and manage risksIn the art exhibition room they was at least on of the art group members in the room to make sure none of the artwork is damaged or if some one is asking for guide about the art work.<br />
