2015-1-ES01-KA219-015927_1 THE EUROSCHOOL REPORTERS
Evaluation of the objectives in
each school (official marks)
before and after the project
GREECE
*The Evaluation of pupils‘ achievements was carried out on
the basis of their annual report results in 2014-2015 and
2016-2017.
The target groups of the evaluation were:
49 PUPILS of 2014 – 2015 Class aged 11 – 12 years old
(before the beginning of the project).
49 PUPILS of 2016 – 2017 Class aged 11 – 12 years old
(during and after the end of the project).
*The objectives of this evaluation were:
*To compare the performance of the 6th grade pupils of our school in the year 2014-15, in
all the subjects of the curriculum before the beginning of the program with the
performance of the 6th grade pupils in the class of 2016-17, during and after the end of the
program.
*To assess the development of the pupils during and after the implementation of the
program, by analyzing the official annual score they received at the end of each year.
*To control the qualitative participation of our school in such a program in reference to the
students' scores.
*To demonstrate all actions and activities, which had the most effective and qualitative
results in the pupils' learning process.

*CONCLUSIONS
*CONCLUSIONS
*In the ENGLISH LANGUAGE (class 2014 -15/ 2016 -17):
*In both student classes there were no pupils graded with 5.
*The percentage of pupils who graduated with a grade 6, has increased from 2% (1 pupil) to
4% (2 pupils).
*The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 7, was reduced from 19% (9 pupils) to
6% (3 pupils).
*The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 8 increased from 16% (8 pupils) to
28,5% (14 pupils).
*The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 9 increased from 18% (9 pupils) to 28,5%
(14 pupils).
*The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 10, was reduced from 45% (22 pupils) to
33% (16 pupils),.
 From the data above it can be surmised that after the end of the ERASMUS program,
there was an improvement in the English language, because the reduced percentage of
pupils who graduated with grade 7 rose to grade 8, (+6 pupils /+13%), the percentage of
pupils who scored 9 increased by 10,5% / +5 pupils and while the percentage of pupils who
scored a 10 dropped per 12% (6 pupils), the overall percentage of pupils who scored 8, 9
and 10 has increased from 79% (39 pupils to 91% (45 pupils), +12% /6 pupils.
*CONCLUSIONS
*In the ENGLISH LANGUAGE for the same pupils (class 2015 -16/ 2016 -17):
* The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 5 was reduced from 2% (1 pupil) to 0%,.
* The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 6 was reduced from 8% (4 pupils) to 4% (2 pupils).
* The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 7 was reduced from 18% (9 pupils) to 6% (3
pupils),.
* The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 8 was reduced from 34% (16 pupils) to 28,5% (14
pupils).
* The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 9 increased from 24% (11 pupils) to 28,5% (14
pupils).
* The percentage of pupils who graduated with grade 10 increased from 14% (7 pupils) to 33% (15
pupils).
 From the data above it can be surmised that after the end of the ERASMUS program, there was an
improvement in the English language skills for the same students who participated throughout the
program in the 5th and 6th grade (classes 2015-16 / 2016-17), because the reduced percentage of pupils
who graduated with grade 5 , 6, 7 and 8, moved to grade 9, (+3 pupils +6%) and grade 10 (+8 pupils
/+16%), while the percentage of pupils who scored a 9 increased by 4,5% (+3 students) and the
percentage of pupils who graduated with 10, increased from 14% (7 pupils) to 33% (15 pupils), (+
19%/8 pupils) whereas the total percentage of pupils rated with 9 and 10 increased, from 38% (18
pupils) to 61,5% (29 pupils), +23,5% / +11 students.
*CONCLUSIONS
*In ICT (2014 – 15/2016 – 17):
*There were no pupils who graded with grades 5,6 and 7.
*The percentage of the pupils who graduated with grade 8 increased from 0% to 2% (1
pupil).
*The percentage of the pupils who graduated with grade 9 was reduced from 35% (17
pupils) to 33% (16 pupils).
*The percentage of pupils who graduated with a 10 was the same 65% (32 pupils).
From the data above it can be surmised that after the end of the ERASMUS program, there
was not a remarkable improvement in ICT course because the percentage of the pupils who
graduated with grade 9 was reduced by 2% (1 pupil) and the percentage of the pupils
who graduated with grade 10 was the same 65% (32 pupils).
*CONCLUSIONS
*In ICT (2015 – 16/2016 – 17):
*There were no pupils who graded with grades 5 and 6.
*There was only 1 pupil who graduated with a 7 (class of 2015 – 16).
*The percentage of the pupils who graduated with grade 8 increased from 0% to 2% (1
pupil).
*The percentage of the pupils who graduated with grade 9 increased from 28% (17 pupils)
to 33% (16 pupils).
*The percentage of pupils who graduated with a 10 was the same 65% (32 pupils).
From the data above it can be surmised that after the end of the ERASMUS program, there
was not an improvement in ICT course because the percentage of the pupils who graduated
with grade 9 increased by 28% (13 pupils) to 33% (15 pupils) and in spite of the fact the
percentage of the pupils who graduated with grade 10 was the same 65% (32 pupils), the
general percentage of the pupils who graduated with 9 and 10 increased from 94% (45
pupils) to 98% (47 pupils), +4%/2 pupils.
*CONCLUSIONS
*IN RELIGION:

16% (8 pupils),.
*The proportion of pupils who graduated with grade 10 increased from 72% (35 pupils) to
82% (40 pupils).
 From the data above it can be surmised that after the end of the ERASMUS program,
there was an improvement in Religion course because the reduced percentage of the pupils
who graduated with grade 8 and grade 9 received a grade 10, +5 students /+10%.
*CONCLUSIONS

by 11% (5 pupils), the overall percentage of pupils who scored grade 9 and 10 increased from 64%, (31 pupils)
to 73%, (36 pupils), (+9% / + 5 pupils).
 This improvement has a particular interest because, according to the Teachers ‘ Administration, the cognitive
level of the pupils in the class of 2014 - 15 in the Greek language lesson was particularly high and regardless
of that fact, there was still further improvement for those pupils of the 2016 – 17 class who, to begin with,
were not on a similar level and were included in the program!
