This document summarizes a Spain Cloud & Competitiveness Day event. It describes an Innovation Center in Andalucia that aims to accelerate cloud adoption among local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through various services. The Center plans to provide SMEs with access to world-class cloud solutions and services without large investments. It also aims to help startups create software products and access global markets using cloud development platforms. The Center will be located at the Angel Jordan Center and managed by the AJ Center for Software Competitiveness and eticom, an ITC association in Andalucia.
