A neurotic teacher may spread fear,
nervousness and worry in the classroom

should not be quiet, retreating and introverted.

students and the society

service and strive to keep the public informed
of the educational programmes

- deal with complaints referred to it by the
School/Block Ethics Committee
 State Ethics Committee
- Ethics Committee comprising eminent
educationists, representatives of
teacher organizations and parents.
 National Ethics Committee
- NCTE and All India Federations of school
teachers may jointly appoint a National
Ethics Committee comprising eminent
educationists, representatives of Federations
of Elementary and Secondary Teacher
Organizations, National Commission for the
Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) which is a part
of the national ethics committee.

situation in which a few people
burnt some garbage in an
abandoned strip mine in Centralia,
Pennsylvania although it was
illegal and unethical that ultimately
burnt down the whole town.
