 Means that
 They thrive in the Comfort Zone
 They Avoid Risks and anything that is
tough or difficult.

GROWTH.
 To achieve Success during uncertainty, ability to
THINK is crucial.

believe, especially if the source has authority over them.

They FOCUS more on the steps taken, and the
lessons learnt.
 Where not successful they are not drained by outcomes
not attained.
 The Key is to train yourself to ACT. To Execute; more
