When I was around twelve years old I was outside swimming having a blast just
being a kid when my mother comes outside to tell me that we need to go shopping.
Thinking nothing about it, I get out of the pool, dry off, and change, as we headed
for the store, she told me we are out to buy bras for me. Petrified, I told her I didn t
want to go, but we had to because as she said I was starting to develop. While at the
store I was in a silent fit of anger and embarrassment, this can t be happening is all I

paper, we have used the GT GA to solve the job shop schedulingto minimize the
makespan along with the special type of crossover known as multi step crossover
fusion (MSXF). To see wheather we get good results by modifyinng the classical
approach using GA, we have compared the result with the standard benchmark
instances available. Using this combinations of the techniques, we have got results
showing deviations less than 3%.

Introduction Most research on sexual offending focuses on adult offenders, however,
juveniles also engage in such behaviors. Official records indicate that juveniles are
responsible for 17 to 20 percent of all sexual crimes, except prostitution, and victim
reports, as well as, youth self reports suggest even higher rates of juvenile sexual
offending (Letourneau Borduin, 2008). Although it remains clear that there is no
specific cure for sex offenders, various treatment programs and punishments have
been put in place as remedies to limit sex offending (Letourneau Borduin, 2008). The
following provides further insight on the most common treatment programs being
utilized for juvenile sexual offenders today: cognitive behavioral treatment programs
