However, the interference of human activities on the marine habitat has been

introduces different cetaceans that can be found in seas surrounding Scotland, threats
that can affect them and how humans can tackle the problems through conservation
and management. Some suggestions may not be successfully carried out but they still
act as potential methods that can be applicable.

The seas around Scotland are the richest seas in Europe for their marine mammals,
holding over twenty species of cetaceans. Both residential and migratory communities
are increasingly interfered by human activities such as fishery by catch, shipping,

of the valley and the removing of reservoirs from both Eleanor Dam and O

surfaced. These reports shed light not only of emotional abuse but the physical abuse
as well. As we will see, some of the abuse continues today. This abuse has led to
public mistrust and scrutiny even to this day.
Clinical research participants are hesitant to enroll in clinical research trails for fear
of being misled or mistreated. Clinical researcher nurses are in the unique position to
ensure not only patient safety but to elicit public trust. However, clinical research
nurses do not have formal educational tools to develop important skills such as
critical thinking, communication, or clinical skills which are necessary to ensure
patient safety, to reduce clinical mistakes, and to increase patient trust. One way to
develop such skills is through the use of simulation. Throughout history simulators
have been used in a variety of fields such as the military and aviation. Medical
schools have used simulation to practice skills as well. To date, little research has
been done in the use of simulators in clinical research programs for nurses. The

First of all, before I begin with my research on Judaism, I did not consider that the
Jews only believes in God. I thought that they accepted every word from the bible and
that even though they have a Jewish calendar and different practices, that the bible
that I use was quite similar with them with both Old Testament and New Testament. I
knew that Judaism was the one of the oldest religions in the world that still exists
today and was recorded in the bible. I had no indication that tells me that they
observed different traditions and there are different branches of Judaism. I also
thought that Judaism was Christianity. Both believe in God, (monotheism) the only
God almighty, the one who created the universe, and because both shared the
Hebrew Scriptures. I also thought that all Jewish men have beard and lovely hair. I
thought that males were black hat and black coat at all times on Shabbath Other
things that I expect was that some of the holidays that Christianity celebrates, the
Jews also celebrates it like Passover, palm Sundays, Easter. Since my religion is
closed to the Judaism faith practices, I thought that they performs a foot washing
ceremony before communion and that they gather on the Sabbath which is Saturday
for worship. I also assumed that not all Jews, but certain Jews kept the kosher. I also
thought that all men covered their heads and during worship or in the temple women
were to cover their heads.

There were a lot of issues that prompted employees at the Frontier hotel to take
striking as an action to be heard. When watching this documentary for the first
time I didn t realize how long these workers were on strike for. One word to
describe the owners of these hotels is savages . They started to fire individuals for
no apparent reason it seemed the owners wanted to cut back. There was one girl
that worked in the culinary department for eight years and she was let go. The
hotel also took away health insurance benefits, pension contributions for employees
trying to retire and the most important cutting employee wages for the hotel to save
money and for the owners to profit even more letting these employees work next to
nothing. A lot of workers said they felt their pride was being taken away also trying
to take care of their own family will be even more inflexible. The hotel took away
