minority at 14 percent of the population over the Hutu, the majority at 85 percent, simply because
the Tutsis were more resembling of the Europeans. Colonial policy helped to intensify bipolar
differentiation between Tutsi and Hutu, by inscribing ethnic identification on identity cards, by

In order to compare the difference of each substance we had to calculate the percent of
difference for each substance. The control vs the P 10 was calculated to be 65% which was the
lowest percent. The next substance which was not as high was the TE 30, when compared to the
control it was 123%. One substance that was higher was S 10, when it was compared to the
control it was calculated to be 145%. The biggest difference was C 30, when this substance was
compared to the control it was 239%.

on team building and working as a team. For example, the management team or leaders work on
three different levels. First, a group of associates are assigned, as a team, to a supervisor. Secondly,
each supervisor along with his or her teams is managed under an assigned manager. Lastly, each
management team reports to the director of the department. Through this process, effective team
building and interpersonal communication, allows FACS Group Inc the opportunity to further
develop and become more competitive. In addition, FACS Group Inc collectively intentionally
create team based structures which require individuals to be more adaptable and form or re form
work relationships quickly and smoothly (Prager, 1999).
