static and dynamic 1 phases, I first had to find my weight in kilograms and my
height in centimeters. I am 165 pounds which is 75 kilograms if you divide 165 by

Structure which was based of learned lessons from past military employment history.

function or goal most easily recognize functional organizations. For instance, an
organization with a marketing department, a human resources department, a research
and development department and so forth, operates according to functional

departments, with a clear objective and purpose for their work. As an example,
employees within a marketing department know that their job is marketing and, as a
result, those employees can focus on improving their marketing work and even

According to the Philosophic Inventory, my two personal educational philosophies
are progressivism and existentialism. These philosophies show that I am likely to
try and make a change within my class and mold my future students to create a
positive change in the world. I will also value the rights of each of my students to
believe what they want without fearing persecution by their classmates or other
teachers, regardless of whether I agree with their views. The results of this
assessment were no surprise as they seem to line up with my personal viewpoints on
