Ground floor introduction to the tools and best practices surrounding SQL Server’s built-in web-based, enterprise-level reporting engine. We'll start with what SSRS is, what you'll use it for and give top tips to know when developing your first reports.
It's no mystery to anyone that software out cycles are bolder than ever. Now that the cloud has become universal as a strategic component of IT services, we are spoiled by continually releasing unique features and services.

DataStax | Deploy DataStax Enterprise Clusters with OpsCenter (LCM) (Manikand...DataStax
Manually creating and managing a distributed database such as DSE can be an involved process. After your DSE clusters are configured and running, protecting them from configuration deviations, maintaining a single source of truth, and governing the clusters require dedicated time and resources from your team. This presentation talks about the new provisioning feature of OpsCenter that will increase your productivity & simplify your life by eliminating custom scripting or manually configuring your database deployment that is prone to human error.

Keep your data safe by moving from unsupported SQL Server 2008 to SQL Server ...Principled Technologies
Many small and medium businesses delay updating their server operating systems and applications. When software reaches end-of-support and the vendor ceases to release security updates and patches, businesses that fail to migrate risk incurring downtime and expense. They may encounter technical problems, and their vital data becomes especially vulnerable to cyber attackers, who often target outdated software.
The MS-SQL databases in your IT infrastructure landscape may be part of mission critical systems whose uptime is essential for the organization’s mission statement. Monitoring of such systems should never be reactive.
As an IT leader, are you taking a reactive stance to the monitoring of your MS-SQL database infrastructure - “We will fix it when it breaks!”. The problem with this approach is that one is essentially waiting for failure, which can’t be far away. Even if you know how to fix the issue when it arises, isn’t it better to take the remedial measures before the problem hits you causing unplanned downtime and loss of productivity? Nip the problem at its bud!

So how does one ensure proactiveness – by putting a system in place which prevents failure or forewarns of impending failure much before it actually occurs?

UNDERSTANDING WHAT GREEN WASHING IS!.pdfJulietMogola
Many companies today use green washing to lure the public into thinking they are conserving the environment but in real sense they are doing more harm. There have been such several cases from very big companies here in Kenya and also globally. This ranges from various sectors from manufacturing and goes to consumer products. Educating people on greenwashing will enable people to make better choices based on their analysis and not on what they see on marketing sites.

Improving the viability of probiotics by encapsulation methods for developmen...Open Access Research Paper
The popularity of functional foods among scientists and common people has been increasing day by day. Awareness and modernization make the consumer think better regarding food and nutrition. Now a day’s individual knows very well about the relation between food consumption and disease prevalence. Humans have a diversity of microbes in the gut that together form the gut microflora. Probiotics are the health-promoting live microbial cells improve host health through gut and brain connection and fighting against harmful bacteria. Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus are the two bacterial genera which are considered to be probiotic. These good bacteria are facing challenges of viability. There are so many factors such as sensitivity to heat, pH, acidity, osmotic effect, mechanical shear, chemical components, freezing and storage time as well which affects the viability of probiotics in the dairy food matrix as well as in the gut. Multiple efforts have been done in the past and ongoing in present for these beneficial microbial population stability until their destination in the gut. One of a useful technique known as microencapsulation makes the probiotic effective in the diversified conditions and maintain these microbe’s community to the optimum level for achieving targeted benefits. Dairy products are found to be an ideal vehicle for probiotic incorporation. It has been seen that the encapsulated microbial cells show higher viability than the free cells in different processing and storage conditions as well as against bile salts in the gut. They make the food functional when incorporated, without affecting the product sensory characteristics.

ENVIRONMENT~ Renewable Energy Sources and their future prospects.tiwarimanvi3129
This presentation is for us to know that how our Environment need Attention for protection of our natural resources which are depleted day by day that's why we need to take time and shift our attention to renewable energy sources instead of non-renewable sources which are better and Eco-friendly for our environment. these renewable energy sources are so helpful for our planet and for every living organism which depends on environment.
