He discussed that customer engagement will overtake productivity as the primary driver of growth. Engaged customers deliver higher revenue and share more of their wallet with companies that provide an excellent customer experience. Engagement also starts with employees, as engaged employees close 33% more deals. Berridge recommended that sales organizations supercharge engagement with mobile technologies to provide salespeople access to real-time customer information in the field.
