It notes that while iGIP has seen 12% growth in realizations and 4% growth in matches, raises have decreased by 17%. It also shows statistics on placement numbers and matching rates for various local committees. Several projects aimed at leadership development, process improvement, sales and partnerships are then outlined, along with their goals and responsible project teams.
