  3. Its all about the heart, taking care of your people. (pause). Okay, look at the pretty picture. Let’s move on.
  4. Without the personal touch, you’ve got nothing
  5. Give example for last point. Say you’re a boss. You take one of your workers out with you to lunch, so you can talk. Chances are, even if he is disagreeing with what you are teaching him (he probably won’t say it because you’re his boss),he’ll remember that you took him out, that you spent time with him, and he’s gonna be more inclined to follow you, and agree with you, next time, because you have bonded.They know you now,and that’s the whole point of this chapter. You can’t do it from far away.
