A study was conducted to analyze fecal samples from 96 migratory sheep and goats in Myagdi District, Nepal. 78.12% of samples were found to contain parasites. Strongyloides was the most prevalent parasite found in 60 of 96 samples, followed by Moniezia in 50 samples. Mixed parasitic infections were found with a mean eggs per gram count of 833.33, indicating sub-clinical parasitism. Regular de-worming is necessary to control pathogenic parasites like Strongyloides and Moniezia found at high levels.
