and most affects those aged between

 It is more common in women, usually
by a factor of about 2:1, because of
hormonal influence

 Migraines are disabling headaches that
most likely stem from problems with the
nerves and blood vessels in the head
 Migraine headaches typically last from 4-
72 hours
 There are various types of migraines
 Common Migraine
 Classic Migraine

vessels and the release of certain

 Taking a proper rest
 Use of ginger tea
 Withdrawing from stressful situations
