Both Frozen and Tangled have protagonists born with magical powers - Elsa can create ice and snow, while Rapunzel's hair can restore youth. Though the plots differ, both involve the protagonists struggling with their powers and ultimately finding acceptance. The movies also emphasize positive messages about not judging others and finding happiness through family. While the animation styles differ slightly, both are considered technical achievements that bring their magical worlds to life through vivid details and spectacular scenes like Elsa's ice palace.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

2. Movie market contributes a big and steady amount of revenue to economy and it
acts as a low cost entertainment to the society. The ticket sold as well as revenue
generated in movie industry from 1995 to 2015 (Unknown, 1997). Everyone loves good
moive. Movie has taken a huge part in out lives. Movie Can be categorised into many
genres. Film genre refers to the method of categorizing films based on similarities in
the narrative elements from which films are constructed.Admit it, most of us have
watch at least a few animated movies from time to time, and we always stereotype that
most protagonist are always the good looking hero and the antagonist are the ugly and
ruthless villain. But how often do you see the plot twist of how the ugly, ruthless bad
guy turns out to be the ugly good guy after all? Well now I am about to compare the
similarities of two of my favourite animated feature films ‘Frozen’( IMDB, 2013) and
‘Tangled’(IMBD, 2010), they are both from Walt Disney Studios.
Back in 2010, Tangled was considered to be one of the most beautiful looking
animated films ever created. The animators worked hard to create a “painterly look”,
blending hand drawn and CGI techniques. As a result, Tangled is a film that is visually
stunning. Rapunzel’s hair is the scene-stealer. Rapunzel is shimmers, glows and moves
fluidly, making Tangled is a marvel of modern animation. Characters’ facial
expressions are lifelike, as seen especially in Mother Gothel. Colours are eye-popping
and bright, with vivid greens and pinks popping out all around. Clothes have intricate
patterns and embroidery and look realistic. Silk and leather are instantly recognizable,
as are gold crowns and jewels. And the iconic lantern sequence is the movie’s star
attraction.(Rotoscopers, 2014)
Frozen takes a different approach to its animation. The characters in frozen
aren’t lifelike, rather, veer towards a more cartoony look. Snow and ice are the stars of
the movie. Elsa’s ice gown is a masterwork of animation and design. The ice is sparkles,
glitters and looks incredibly ethereal. The climactic blizzard is another unprecedented
milestone, and Elsa’s ice palace is something to behold. It looks chillingly real and
sends a shiver up your spine. Frozen also features the same level of detail seen in
Tangled. Wooly fabrics, beautiful rosemaling, textures and embroidery, it’s all there.
Check out the tiny snowflakes in Elsa’s hair!(Rotoscopers 2014)
To start off, both Frozen and Tangled have two different stories lines but, they
do have the similar plot. Both protagonists in the film have magic power when they
were born. Elsa is Anna's sister who is a snow queen because she has the ability power
of freezing and creating ice and snow. She is neutral in the fairy-tale and villain in
numerous adaption of the character, proved difficult to adapt to film due to her
transparent depiction. As for Rapunzel, the missing daughter of a Queen and King. She
has her unique hair's healing abilities to remain youthful for several years are because
when she was small the folwer is used by Rapunzel's mother to retain her youth. So
3. now Rapunzel has the abilities to restore people youth. The song 'Healing Incantation'
is the key of the healing process. Rupunzel need to sing the song when she is restoring
people injury or decay.(IMDb Claudio Carvalho, 2010)
Though initially, There are also smaller details that differentiate the two
characters. Anna has more freckles than Rapunzel, and even has them on her shoulders.
Granted, we never saw Rapunzel’s shoulders, but the point is still there. You can also
notice Anna’s eyebrows wrinkling when they move, most notably in the “Party Is Over”
clip you can find here. She also has prevalent neck muscles that appear when they
speak. I never saw these details on the character models in Tangled. For the most part,
Rapunzel’s skin looked a little plastic and unrealistic; it’s only when you get a real
closeup that you can see some of the finer details like freckles. There’s no need for
closeups to see the details on Anna’s character model, even just judging by a minute-
long clip. When I heard my friend tell me that the Disney animators used Rapunzel’s
model for Anna and Elsa, I died a little bit inside.
And of course, in both movies the protagonists love their parents especially
Tangled. I mean, Frozen's parents are great. They may have been misguided in helping
Elsa work through her troubles, but their hearts were in the right place. I just think that
they didn't understand what all was happening, and they had no idea how to cope with
it. And then they died. That's probably the reason the parents from Tangled are my
favorite couple. They stuck together for eighteen years, hoping against hope that their
daughter would return and when she did. I've probably watched Tangled over ten times,
but that part always makes me cry. The reunion scene is perfection.
To wrap things up, both Tangled and Frozen are movies of a great caliber, and
among Disney’s very best. To put one above the other wouldn’t be fair to their own
individual merits. Both of the movies do give out positive moral lesson: We shouldn’t
judge people by their looks. Our modern society should learn from this and be less
judgmental in our daily lives. Both characters sacrifice their power to exchange
happiness from their faimiles. Both of these stories reffered to the fairy ytale od nice
and beautiful young lady, ended up living happily ever after.
