Think about the people
you work with...
Which one are you?

. .be honest
But we have a problem...
today we’re getting
more of these
. .which means we’re
getting less of these..
Which causes this...
How do we fix this?
encourage these people
inspire these people
and these guys.. ? well, I’ll
get to that
No, seriously, how DO we
fix it…?
Praise

Empower

Inspire
Praise
be genuine
do it immediately
be specific
Empower
trust them
let them fail
let them lead
Inspire
create a greater purpose
be human, tell your story
illustrate their future
And soon
you’ll turn
these
into more of
these
these ones will
just leave
And you’ll
have plenty
of graphs
like this
