This document is a user guide for the EMA3100A Target Motion Simulator (TMS) release R2.1. It contains 7 chapters that describe the TMS user interface, how to work with projects, motion modeling projects, target tracking projects, standalone tools, and graphics functionality. The TMS allows users to model and simulate target motion in 2D, 3D, and polar coordinate systems. It also enables target tracking projects to test tracking algorithms.
