- 2. Description ï An electronichealth record (EHR) is a systematic collection of electronic health information about an individual patient. ï Tracking details(Personal, medical, Billing..Etc.,) from appointment to discharge from facility. ï Tracking Providers and Specialist information.
- 3. EHR LOGIN ï Usersaccessibility will be provided only by login in to the user interface. ï Username and permissions for roles and responsibility will be created by Admin/Official in charge
- 4. Creating New User ïAdmin/Official In-Charge will be creating new users based on their roles. ï Only Admin/Official In -charge has the authority to access this form.
- 5. Creating New Provider ïAdmin/Official In-Charge will be creating new Providers based on their Specialist. ï Admin/Official In -charge has the authority to access this form.
- 6. Set Permissions For Users ïAdd user permission based on their role. ï Using this form admin setâs the menu and Edit/Delete access permission.
- 7. Lookup Data ï TheAdmin Function used to Add/Edit/Delete the all pick list dataâs in the application. ï Add/Update will reflect to all other forms in the appropriate lookups.

- 10. Search Patient By Filter ïSearch patient list by filter (patient name, Age, Race etc.,).

- 36. Patient Information ï Patientdashboard contain all information (Patient profile, Reminders, Medication, Allergy, Insurance etc..) of the appropriate patient.
