2. PURPOSE
 Place eggs in vinegar to
help remove the shell
 Measure the weight of the
egg using a balance
 Measure the size of the
egg using tape and string

 Place one egg in water
and place the other egg in
corn syrup
 Weigh and measure the
eggs again after 24 hours.

 Size – larger
 Look – lighter colour
