just one person and that is you.

     1) Drink a Glass of Water Before You Eat

Many times when our body is telling us it's hungry we are actually
thirsty. So re-hydrating your body before you eat any meal or snack
will ensure that your body has the fluids it needs, which will help
digestion and improve your energy levels. Also the fluid in your
stomach will help fill you up and will help you feel fuller from
     eating less food.

     2) Avoid Sodas and Sweets
This one is extremely important to lose weight rapidly! This step
would translate to a reduction of more than 2,000 calories. We
promise you that you will quickly shed an inch or more from your
waistline. Drinking flavored water will help you during the
transition.

3) Chewing Gum

A study in the UK by the Wrigley Science Institute, an organization
that since 2005, conducts research on the benefits of gum, has
shown that consuming this product would have us reduce daily
calories around 1,000 a month from our diet.

4) Don't Skip Breakfast

Fact: People who skip breakfast are four times more likely to be
obese than people who don't! Eating breakfast in the morning also
helps you start your metabolism. A recent study at the University of
Texas at El Paso found that people who ate breakfast ate 100 fewer
calories also in the day, and if you eat 100 fewer calories each day
for a year - you'll easily lose 10 pounds.
