● Validation of the assumptions of normality and
homoscedasticity by means of the Shapiro-Wilk
and Bartlett tests.
● Tukey's test with a p<0.05 to determine
significant differences between treatments.
23. Expected results
• Priming application of the SA developes
significative effects on the regulation of
the negative effects of salinity stress.
• Stress with NaCl affects the hydric
status of the plant, leaf area, area
under the canopy, relative chlorophyll
content (CRA), dry and fresh weight of
root and aerial part, root diameter.
• SA provides the plant with better
adaptation and mechanisms against
salt stress before and after to
germination
