sales and technical support to their customers (e.g., Macy’s)
 Hire college students to work 15-20 hours/week; provide the
opportunity to earn up to $15/hour (~ $15,000/year) to fund their
education
 Invest in training 21st century job skills - communication, listening,
empathy and problem-solving
 Provide career planning and placement services to help student-
employees secure full-time employment in their field after
graduation
