Definition
• Clips – Is where you import a bunch clips into 1 project.
• Fade – Is where you make the screen go black and then it fades into the clip.
• Render – When you’re finished with your project, you can then render it so that’s
you make the video come out in good quality
• Montage – Is where you put a good amount of clips in 1 video including putting a
bit of sound to make it better.
• Transitions – is when you put 2 clips together and it makes some kind of special
effect to move on to the other clip.
• Establishing Shot – This is mostly used at the beginning of a film or sequence to
ensure that the audience knows where and when the action takes place.
• Continuity - Despite all this art and craft, the audience hardly ever notices good
editing.
• Colour Correction – It’s an effect which makes the colouring better.
