This document discusses how to edit product stock and status individually or in bulk in the seller panel. It provides steps to edit stock one by one or download a CSV file to edit stock for multiple products. It also explains how to change a single product's status or download a file to change status for many products by entering 0 for inactive and 1 for active in the inventory status column before uploading the file.

Click on Catalogue Tab Click on the icon to Edit Stock
To edit the stock of a single product, follow these steps

Stock will be updated in the system. To see the
changes, refresh the page.

Click on the checkbox to select all
products
Click on Download Inventory Data

The file will get downloaded in a CSV format on your computer
Note: If you have multiple warehouses mapped, you can edit the inventory for them here
You can edit the quantity according to the Product ID and warehouse ID

Click on the file option and save the file on your desktop
Note- 1. Remove all other columns except product_id, warehouse_id, quantity and inventory_status
2. File name should not contain any special character & space and format should be .csv

The stock will be updated in the system. To see the changes, refresh the
page.

Click on Catalogue Tab You can Activate or In-activate the product by clicking

You can make your product active and inactive in one click

To change the status, follow these steps:
To make the product inactive, enter “0” (zero)
To make the product active, enter ‘1” (one)
