Heavy curtains, drawn at night, and draft excluders can reduce the the heat lost to your house considerably Solar windows are coated in a transparent dye which captures, concentrates and redirects light along the surface of the glass to photovoltaic cells in the frame, which convert the light into electricity. The system can produce a tenfold increase in power output compared to use of the photo voltaic cell alone.

Rainwater collection is one of the simplest and most energy efficient ways of saving water. A household can use filtered rainwater to flush toilets, wash clothes, clean the car and other outside cleaning. According to experts approximately 30% of our water is flushed down the toilet.One of the main reasons for this is the number of water inefficient toilets being used. Eco friendly toilets reduce the amount of water used per flush to between 2 - 4 litres by using innovative dual flush technology which vastly reduces the amount of water required for the ‘perfect' flush by up to 60%.
