Interviews were conducted at each shop to collect information about their history, operations, products, services, and financial performance. The analysis finds that Huah Shan Medical Hall has been more commercially successful due to generating a higher annual revenue, serving a greater number of customers, and offering a wider variety of goods. The report provides details on the similarities and differences between the two businesses and analyzes the competitive landscape and strategies for each location.
