Engineering Communications provides client-driven graphic design, web design, video production, writing, and editing services for nearly 600 projects per year for the College of Engineering at Iowa State University. They work with deans, events, academic and administrative units, and both college and non-college clients. Projects are completed through formal work requests and prioritized project teams, with cost recovery for their services. While they cannot oversee all communications or take on a full marketing agency role, they aim to offer outreach, guidance, and lead strategic communications planning.
