Dr. William Harvey is a seasoned Operations Leader with extensive experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, and operations management. William is set to start his eighth year of teaching at the University of Cincinnati where he teaches marketing, finance, and management. 99. ECM with its comprehensive goal is not a product, but rather a vision, a strategy, and at best a solution portfolio. The claim of having one solution for every application from a single source is simply not realistic.
