Task 24 is an international collaboration between 21 countries to study behavior change in demand-side management. It uses storytelling as its main methodology to understand behavior change. Over its three year duration, Task 24 collected over 60 case studies on behavior change programs and engaged 228 experts through workshops. The task focused on understanding behavior through different models and frameworks, conducting in-depth case studies, developing evaluation tools, and providing policy recommendations to countries. Storytelling is an effective way for Task 24 to engage stakeholders and foster shared learning about complex issues in an accessible manner.
