OBJECTIVE
I possess leadership skills and dynamism necessary to provide a quality service of the highest order and the
efficiency to drive our products to give them competitive advantage. I have comprehensive knowledge of the
banking industry procedures, customer services, public relations, marketing skills as well as having the ability to

WORK EXPERIENCE
1 )Personal Banker, ZB Bank Avondale Branch (January 2015 - May 2016)
Roles and responsibility:
Provide point of contact and link between the bank and its customers, for all personal banking activities and
responsibility for first line risk and compliance management, marketing and sales of banks products, building and
maintaining individual professional business relationships, to achieve the Retail Banking approved and
communicated deposit mobilization and income generation targets
Achievements:
 In the absence of a Credit Reference bureau, I still managed to obtain the correct Credit rating of
individuals to the extent that no eligible clients of mine defaulted;
 Created new markets for the Bank products;
 Assisted in the Training and Development of staff in the talent pool.
2)Branch Supervisor, ZB Bank Avondale branch (December 2013 – December 2014)
Roles and responsibility:
Ensure that bank procedures are followed and check accuracy in the day to day work of tellers and back office
clerks
Achievements:
 Successfully rationalized staff compliment from 15 to 11 without compromising on service delivery;
 Successfully reduced branch cost by 20%;
 Successfully trained employees and improved the quality of service.

Management of cash and foreign transactions processing in the branch
