Maximo uses numerical priority values to schedule work orders, assets, and locations. Priority 4 is the highest and is for emergency work that bypasses normal scheduling. Priority 3 is for high priority work done as soon as resources allow. Priority 2 is medium priority work scheduled based on availability. Priority 1 is lower priority work. Asset priority considers failure consequences, with critical assets getting higher priority. Location priority also considers failure impacts.
